For starters, here are some local suppliers we'll be using.
Seacider are based in Ditchling and is run by Mark Francis and Matt Billing. Their ciders are of the Eastern County style (A blend of Culinary and Dessert Apples), made from locally sourced apples. You may have seen their distinctive 'skull' branding popping up in a growing number of pubs around sussex.

Medium Cider with added fruit juice
South Downs Cider a based in Wilmington and run by Greg Meyer. Their Cider is created from 100% fresh apple juice derived from a mixture of dessert and cooking apples. Dessert that are sourced from their orchards including the old Merrydown Cider orchard in Horam. Fruit is also bought in from local growers and individuals located within 10 miles of Wilmington.:

Sandford Orchards - A traditional family farm business now pressing apples from their own orchards where livestock graze and biodiversity is key

BollHayes Cider - Produced by Alex Hill the founder of cider-making equipment manufacturer Vigo and long-time expert cider maker
Vintage Apple Cider
Vintage is medium traditional Devon cider apples matured in oak
Dorset Nectar - Award winning traditional cider from a rare Soil Association approved organic orchard with 3000 trees and 11 varieties
Medium sweet cider with real orchard hive honey
Celtic Marches - Producers of authentic & quality Herefordshire cider on their farm in Bishops Frome. They are committed to producing artisan products with the care and compassion of a small local cider maker.
A well rounded medium cider. Fresh and fruity with a lovely apple aroma. Gorgeous golden colour and a balanced finish.
Hecks - The Hecks family have been making traditional Somerset cider from local farms' apples in Street for 6 generations since 1840

Burrow Hill - Based on a South Somerset farm the family have been pressing cider from 40 locally sourced apple varieties for 150 years

Nempnetts Cider Company - All of their cider is handcrafted in the traditional way from 100% appl juice. Branded as Piglet’s Choice as it is pressed and produced under the watchful eye of some farmyard friends!

A delicious medium-sweet cider. Slightly cloudy in appearance, this cider has an abundance of apple fruit aromas and flavours with a hint of citrus and berry, delicately balanced alongside apple sweetness
Gwynt Y Ddraig - The world-renowned award winning Welsh cider and perry producder - tradtionally made on the farm in South Wales
This special reserve cider has been crafted exclusively by Gwynts chief cider maker to a secret recipe which is kept under lock and key! Black Dragon has gathered quite a following and is an award winner. Rich in colour, body and flavour with a fresh, fruity aroma
Two Trees Perry
A pale, fruity perry with an aroma of fruit and a hint of honey on the palate. Crowned 2015 Champion Perry of Britain

Harveys - Harvey’s Brewery is a family business, with a member of the eighth generation currently working here. Their prize winning traditional ales are sold throughout the South East
Harveys Best Bitter
Harvey’s Brewery Sussex Best Bitter is a superbly balanced bitter with a prominent hop character. It is their most famous and popular beer and makes up over 90% of their total brewing capacity.
Rothaus - The Rothaus brewery is located in the Black forest near to Waldshut, the twin town of Lewes. Established in 1791 (a year after Harveys), Rothaus produce a range of fine beers to the German Reinheitsgebot laws.
Rothaus Pils is fermented from bottom-fermenting yeast that’s been developed in house, before maturing for roughly four weeks. During this period, its robust and elegant flavors and its high Rezenz are cultivated. Rezenz is the term for the refreshing feeling produced by the carbon dioxide in beer.
Weird Beard - Born kicking, screaming and moshing into the London beer scene in early 2013, Weird Beard Brew Co don't believe in being stereotyped. They love upfront, in-your-face, hop-focused beers, along with classic styles. and want their beer to satisfy, enthuse and be enjoyed by whoever the drinker.
A Transpacific Pale Ale with New Zealand Pacific Gem and American Citra hops that give tropical fruit nose. Mango, peach and passion-fruit flavours carry into the taste and are balanced with light malt sweetness.
Five Points Brewing Company - The Five Points Brewing Company is an independent brewery based in the heart of Hackney, East London. We brew beer that is unfiltered, unpasteurized and full of flavour – the sort of beer they enjoy drinking and hope you enjoy drinking too.
